We are a small independent primary school set in a historic and central part of London, with St Paul’s, Southwark Cathedral, The Shard, The Globe, Tower Bridge, HMS Belfast and The Tower of London on our doorstep. We are a Christian School but there is no requirement that a child should come from a Christian background or from any faith at all. The school started in 2007 with 4 pupils and now sits at 120. We have recently purchased the adjoining premises and aim to expand over the next few years, though class sizes will remain small.
We are non-selective at entry but have an excellent record at 11+ with the vast majority of our pupils going on to top independent London day schools, a number with academic, music and/or dramatic arts scholarships. Our children are cheerful and confident communicators. London Christian School is accredited for using technology well and we have rich cross-curricular provision with many opportunities for service and leadership. We are a vibrant and friendly school community with many of our families living locally.
