Forest Park occupies a pleasant site in a quiet road surprisingly close to the centre of Sale, easily accessible from motorways and surrounding areas.
The school aims to discover and develop each child’s particular abilities by offering a varied curriculum in a stimulating and happy atmosphere. Forest Park has a good pupil to teacher ratio and offers a wide range of subjects with priority given to the traditional disciplines of English, mathematics and science. Pupils from three years of age are taught information technology by specialist staff. Swimming is taught from the age of five and games offered are football, cricket, netball, tennis and hockey. Pupils are taught Spanish from Pre-Prep. Older children have the opportunity to enjoy residential and activity trips to broaden their knowledge and develop self-confidence.
The confidence and social ease one expects of a private education is a product of the school. Our aim is to develop skills and knowledge through a habit of hard work in a secure and happy environment within a disciplined framework. The school prepares pupils for all independent grammar school examinations and has an excellent record in this respect.
The school prides itself on strong links and communication with a most supportive Parents’ Association.
